At Thisissoul, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if it doesn't fit or meet your performance standards, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products are in their original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the gear in its original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
