Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy for worn athletic apparel?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns on apparel that is unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached within 30 days of purchase.
Does my gear come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all professional-grade equipment sold at Thisissoul comes with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear from intense competitive use.

How can I track the status of my delivery?
